If we find a forgotten personal item, we keep it for 30 days, after which we destroy it if it has not been claimed.

WHO CAN DRIVE THE VEHICLE

Only driver(s) included in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. You are obliged to ensure that no other person is allowed to drive the vehicle.

CAN I TRAVEL ABROAD

All our cars have a green card included, but you must inform us if you want to leave the country and pay a fee for this.

HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE RESERVATION

To change or cancel a reservation, simply contact us by phone, email, or via the "My Reservation" menu.

HOW CAN I PAY

You can pay on site in cash or with a credit/debit card at a POS terminal.

Online, during the booking process, you can pay by bank transfer or by card through the Stripe system. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

You are fully responsible for any traffic violations, speeding fines, parking fines, etc. while using the vehicle. We may also charge you a fee for administrative costs. All fines will be forwarded directly to you.

CAN YOU TAKE YOUR PET IN THE VEHICLE

Carsforyou.bg has no objection to pets, and it is acceptable to bring them with you in the car. However, we are extremely concerned about their safety, so they must be accompanied by a cage for their protection.
In addition, the car must be cleaned without any hair or odors remaining.

Damage during the rental period

First and most importantly, you must contact us immediately, and if other persons are involved, notify 112. You are liable for damages caused by proven technical malfunctions, as well as damages that you did not notice and did not note in the contract when renting the car. You are liable for the amount you guaranteed when signing the contract according to the selected insurance and, if necessary, you owe additional costs. The car insurance does not cover damage caused by the use of alcohol and drugs. In such cases, you bear full financial responsibility for the damage to the car.

What happens if I lose my documents or car keys

You must report this immediately. Fees for lost documents and lost keys are calculated according to the class and model of the car. You pay for the number of days until the car documents and keys are recovered, as well as all costs for making duplicates.

Can I drive with a foreign driver's license and do I need a certified translation

You can drive with a license issued in another country. You must have valid personal documents: passport/ID card and driver's license. If you have a driver's license that was NOT issued by a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the Swiss Confederation, you must provide an international driver's license or a certified translation of the original driver's license.

What happens if I have to return the car earlier than agreed

30% of the value of unused rental days will be refunded within 14 days after returning the car.

What to do in case of a flat tire

You must notify us by phone. The repair or replacement of a tire is carried out and paid for by the renter. If a tire needs to be replaced, it must be the same model as the other tires. Damage to tires and rims is not covered by the insurer. Everything is at the expense of the renter.
